摘要
总结了我国高校学生创新能力培养的现状。应用协同学理论,提出创新意识、创新平台基础、实验室创新文化、团队协作、激励机制、创新能力培养主导者等是影响创新能力培养的因素,并分析了创新能力培养的协同效应。
This article summarized the cultivation situation of innovative ability in home universities,with the synergetic theory,proposed that innovative consciousness,foundation of innovative platform,innovative culture of laboratory,team cooperation,incentive mechanism,leader of cultivation of innovative ability are the factors affecting cultivation of innovative ability,and analyzed the synergetic effect on innovative ability cultivation.
