低功耗智能岩(矿)石密度测定仪的研制

摘要 目前测定岩(矿)石密度参数的仪器,由于存在种种的弊端,在使用上有诸多的不便。为了更好地满足实验教学和科研生产的需要,开发了具有低功耗且智能化程度高的岩(矿)石密度测定仪。该仪器硬件部分主要由高精度称重传感装置和一个小型控制盒组成,与计算机连接即可工作,使用方便;软件部分采用Delphi作开发平台,界面美观大方、操作简单方便,内嵌有C语言数据采集子程序,免去了较复杂的单片机控制过程,大大缩减了开发成本,提高了仪器的性价比。 At present,the common density measuring instruments are usually inconvenient in use because they have some disadvantages in structure and performance.In order to meet the needs of scientific research and experimental teaching,it is necessary to design a high intelligence and portable rock(ore) density measuring instrument with low power.The hardware part is mainly composed of a high-precision weighing sensor device and a minor control box,which can work in connection with computer;the software developing platform uses Delphi, which has a hospitable interface and is easy to be operated, embedding subprogram of data cquisition with C computer language. The instrument can greatly enhance the efficiency of measuring physical parameters and save developing cost.
