摘要
"食品分析"是一门理论性和实践性紧密结合的专业课。为了培养学生的动手能力及创新意识,从优化实验教学内容、丰富实验教学手段、完善考核制度、加强实验教学队伍建设、开放实验室等方面对该课程实验教学采取了一些可行措施。实践证明,这些措施有助于激发学生的兴趣和调动学生的积极性。
Food analysis is a core course,which combines theory and practice together closely.In order to train students practical competence and cultivate their innovation consciousness,some feasible measurements are adopted during the course of experimental teaching.These measurements include optimizing course content,using various teaching method,adopting appropriate examination method,enhancing the experimental teaching ranks and opening the laboratory.These measurements are proved to be helpful for triggering students' interest and arousing their activeness.
