Food analysis is a core course,which combines theory and practice together closely.In order to train students practical competence and cultivate their innovation consciousness,some feasible measurements are adopted during the course of experimental teaching.These measurements include optimizing course content,using various teaching method,adopting appropriate examination method,enhancing the experimental teaching ranks and opening the laboratory.These measurements are proved to be helpful for triggering students＇ interest and arousing their activeness.
