摘要
依据绩效管理理论,从学校实际情况出发,按照科学、公正和客观的原则,提出了一套针对高等学校化学实验室技术人员工作量计算办法和绩效评价指标体系。整个评价体系从工作的质和量2个方面反映了被评价者的工作状态和水平。对操作过程中应注意的问题进行了阐述和讨论。
Based on the performance management theory and the actual situation in our university,a set of calculation methods of the workload and performance appraisal index system was established for chemical laboratory technicians,in accordance with the scientific,impartial and objective principles.The whole appraisal system was reflected in the work state and level of person evaluated from two aspects of quality and quantity of the work.Finally,the problems,which should be paid attention to in the operation process , were expounded and discussed.
