Correlation Analysis of the Main Economic Characters in Upland Cotton

相关分析结果表明：纤维强度与产量、衣分呈负相关，但偏相关系数小无真实相关性。纤维强度与伸长率、籽指是极显著或近显著正相关。伸长率与皮棉产量呈显著负相关，与衣分是显著偏正相关。纤维长度与整齐度、马克隆值是显著负相关。马克隆值与籽指呈显著偏正相关。皮棉产量与籽棉产量，衣分呈显著正相关。但籽棉产量与衣分是极显著偏负相关。

The results of correlation analysis showed that between strength and yield as well as lint percentage were neg-ative correlation,but the little coefficient of correlation partial there are not really correlation. The correlation di-rect very significant existed between strength and elongation. The between strength and seed index were approxi-mate significant direct correlation. The between elongation and lint yield were significant negative corralation. Thesignificant direct correlation partial existed between lint percentage and elongation. The between 2- 5%span-lengthand uniformity and macronair were significant negative correlation. The significant direct correlation partial existedbetween macronair and seed index. The between lint yield and seed cotton yield and lint percentage were very sig-nificant direct correlation. But very significant negative correlation partial existed between seed cotton yield and lintpercentage.
