摘要
本文对关帝和黑茶两个华北落叶松种群的种子和幼苗的酯酶及过氧化物酶同。酶进行分析。结果表明:不同种源、同一种源不同发育阶段及不同组织器官酯酶和过氧化物酶从酶带数目,酶带迁移率及颜色深浅上表现差异。植物体内分子水平的变化同植物的发育,分化及对环境的适应性密切相关。
This paper studies on peroxidase and esterase isozymes of seeds and seedlings. Samples are from GuanDi andHencha. Results show that different regions, different development periods and different organs have different isozyme band numbers, removing frenquency, shade of colour.There are close relations between molecular level changes and derelopment,differention and adaptability.
