摘要
在27±1℃,自然明暗比条件下,用大豆、小麦、酵母粉为主要原料配成的人工饲料饲养甜菜夜蛾,幼虫发育历期为10~14d;蛹历期为6~9d,单头蛹重平均为97.97±1.76mg,范围为48~141mg。各代中,雌蛹重量高于雄蛹重量,蛹重有随代数增加而降低的现象。未交尾的雌蛾产卵前期延长,怀卵量与产卵量均明显少于正常交尾的雌蛾,但产卵期和存活天数差异不大。
At 27±1℃ and under natural light, the beet armyworm was fed on the artificial diet composed mainly of bean, wheat and yeast. The growing period of the larvae was 10~ 14 d , the period of the pupae 6~9 d, a single pupa weights 97.97±1.76 mg on the average, and the weights of pupae rang from 48~141 mg. Over all the generations, the female pupae are heavier than the male ones, therefore the pupa weight decreased with the increase of the generations. Campared with the normally mated female adults, the unmated female adults prolonged the pre oviposition period, and it was evident that the latter carried and produced fewer eggs, but the oviposition period and the surviving days were not much different from the former.
