摘要
用柱状嗜纤维菌制备的福尔马林灭活菌苗(FKC)和提取的菌体脂多糖(LPS)作为免疫原,注射接种鲤后,检测了供试鱼血清中凝集抗体效价和血液中白细胞吞噬活性以及采用直接荧光抗体法测定了受免鲤血液中各种淋巴细胞数量的变化。结果表明,经FKC和LPS免疫后,鲤血清中凝集抗体效价分别在第4周和第3周达到峰值,血液中吞噬细胞的吞噬活性均在第2周达到峰值,而血液中T、B淋巴细胞样细胞的比率均在第2周最高,并且随免疫时间的延长而逐渐下降。
Carp ( Cyprinus carpio ) was immunized by injection with formalin killed Cytophaga columnaris (FKC) or lipopolysaccharide (LPS) extracted from C. columnaris . The changes of blood lymphocytes of immunized carp were examined by fluorescent antibody technique (FAT) using anti-carp immunoglobulin M (IgM), cell surface antigens of carp thymus lymphocytes (CATL) and rabbit immunoglobulin G (IgG). The results showed that the SmIg cells and the CATL cells of carp are similar to mammalian B and T lymphocytes. In the blood,the B like lymphocytes were 36.1±4.83% and 41.5±7.39%, the T like lymphocytes were 40.2± 6.59% and 40.4±8.35% in the carp after two weeks of immunization with FKC and LPS respectively.
