On Establishing Enterprise Independent Innovation Mechanism——Based on Internal Venture Capital Perspective

企业必须不断创新才能保持竞争力,否则就会将领地丢失给创新能力更强的竞争对手,而自主创新能力的大小是企业能否持续发展的关键因素。在我国实施创新型国家战略之际,建立内部风险实体,实施内部风险投资战略是建立企业自主创新机制的有效途径,文章同时阐述了企业内部风险投资的组建与运营管理。

In order to remain competitive, enterprises must continue to innovate, otherwise they will lose to the competitors who have stronger innovation capability, and the independent innovation ability is the key factor of the sustainability devel- opment. This article holds that the establishment of internal risk entities to imply internal risk investment strategy is an ef- fective way to establish independent innovation mechanisms. At the same time, this article elaborates the formation and management of the venture capital.
