摘要 进入21世纪以来,经济全球化与跨国公司的深入发展,既给我国经济发展带来了巨大推动力,同时也给我国经贸带来了诸多不确定因素,使其出现了许多新特点和新矛盾,特别是在跨国并购浪潮下,许多民族品牌与外资的关系显得尤为紧张,对需要引进外资以促进发展的民族品牌来讲,怎样处理好与外资共舞的问题就显得很重要。通过分析,对民族品牌的发展提出指导性意见。 Since we step into the 21st century, economic globalization and transnational corporations develop fast. This development has not only brought great driving force to China' s economic development, hut also brought many uncertainties to China's economy and trade at the same time. A number of new features and new contradictions turn up. Especially under the Cross-border M&A wave, the relationship between the national brand and foreign capital is particularly tense, how to deal with the relationship has become very important to many national brands that need foreign investment to promote the development. To do research on this problem has great meaning to national brand.
