大学生视角下的优秀外语教师探析

Perspective of the College Students: Characteristics of the Excellent Foreign Language Teachers

一个成功有效地外语教学过程,学生和老师的和谐关系起着十分重要的作用,学生对老师的信念对于提高其学习兴趣和积极性至关重要,因此优秀的大学外语教师的特征研究就显得十分重要和必要。文章采取实证调查的方法,归纳总结出五条优秀外语教师的特征,为大学外语教师提供教学依据,从而促使教师做到因材施教,促进大学英语教学成功有效地进行。

In an effective process of foreign language teaching, the harmonious relationship between students and teachers plays an important part. What the college students think about their teachers directly encourages their interests on learning. Therefore, studies on the characteristics of the excellent foreign teachers is necessary and essential. On the perspective of the college students, according to the data, this study suggests the five points concerned to the excellent foreign teachers, which can direct the teachers to teach the students according to their interests so as to promote the teaching process smoothly and effectively.
