The paper applies the modem educational technology theory to reform eleetrotechnics experiment instruction according to the problems in process of experiment instruction of our department. It improves instructional environment and enlivens class atmosphere by developing instructional resources and optimizing instruetionalprocesses and stimulates students learning interest andmotivation to attain the aim of cultivating creative awareness and practical capability.
