Chinese telecommunication giant Huawei planned to establish two major training centers and a Research ＆ Development （R＆D） center here, a senior Huawei official said here on November 12. Huawei tech Investment President Director Ma Yue said that the planned training centers are expected to graduate 1,500 credible Indonesian telecommunicationtechnicians each year.
