On functions of office in teaching colleges

高校实施校、院两级管理体制后,作为新的管理实体的教学学院面临着许多新的挑战。通过分析教学学院管理中的机构设置与人员配备,阐述教学学院办公室工作的基本职能和核心职能,进一步探讨履行各项职能、达到管理目标的途径和方法,为教学学院办公室更好地开展工作提供一定的思路。

With the reformation of the management system in university, the colleges in university have become the management entities, and college offices are faced with more new challenges. Based on the analysis of the structure of college organization, the personnel allocation in the office management, the administrative functions of college office, this paper puts forward some measures to accomplish all the functions, which is beneficial for the further development of college administrative offices.
