伴有脑干胶质瘤的神经纤维瘤病1型二例并文献复习

Brainstem glioma in neurofibromatosis type 1 , two cases report and literature review

目的报告2例伴发脑干胶质瘤的神经纤维瘤病1型的病例并文献复习。方法通过临床表现及手术治疗明确诊断。结果2例均确诊神经纤维瘤病1型，脑干肿瘤手术治疗，病理为胶质母细胞瘤和星形细胞瘤。结论神经纤维瘤病1型可伴发脑干胶质瘤，其基因型与表型的关系仍待进一步研究。

Objective To report two cases of brainstem glioma in Neurofibromatosis type 1 （ NF - 1 ） , and review the relative literatures. Methods The diagnosis was achieved by clinical features and pathology. Results The patients were dignosised as NF - 1. The tumor in brain stem was glioblastoma and astrocytoma in the two cases by pathological examination. Conclusions Brainstem glioma concurrent in NF - 1 is one of the special types of NF - 1, and we should emphasize further study of the associated genes of NF - 1 and clinical manifestation.
