摘要
目的研究中国人脑丘脑底核(STN)MRI立体定向三维靶点坐标和体积,为帕金森病立体定向手术提供解剖学数据。方法采集健康中国自愿者人脑MRI图像120例,在标准立体定向空间内测量STN的质心坐标和体积,并对比研究不同年龄组间数值差异及其与年龄间的相关性。结果STN质心坐标与年龄存在相关性(P〈0.05),左侧STN体积〉右侧,STN体积与年龄呈负相关(P〈0.05)。结论中国人脑STN三维靶点坐标和体积能够在MRI立体定向空间下准确获取,并为临床实际应用奠定基础。
Objective To investigate stereotactic three -dimensional coordinates and volumes of STN in Chinese brains on MRI, in order to provide accurate anatomical data for stereotactic operation of Parkinson disease, Methods Series of MR images of brains were acquired in 120 Chinese healthy volunteers. Six groups were divided by the different age. The centroid coordinates and volumes of STN were measured in the standard stereotactic space. We compared the differences between six age groups, and studied on correlation between the values of these parameters and the age. Results Centroid coordinates of right STNwere: X=(11.38±1. 19)mm, Y= -(1.18±0.31)mm, Z= -(3.95±0.94)mm, and the left were: X= -(11.59±1.20)mm, Y= -(1.05±0.21)mm, Z= -(3.05±0.25)mm. The values of these coordinates correlated with the age ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . However, there were no significant differences between these values and the sex ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Right volume of STN in male was ( 130 ± 5.58 ) mm^3, and ( 140 ± 7.67 ) mm^3 in left ; right volume of STN in female was ( 125 ± 6. 64 ) mm^3, and ( 132 ± 7. 11 ) mm^3 in left. The volume in left were bigger than in right, and negative correlation was found between the volume and the age ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Accurate 3 D coordinates and volumes of STN in Chinese brains can be obtained in the stereotactic space on MRI, which lay the foundation for clinical practice.
