小儿门静脉海绵样变性临床特点 被引量：3

摘要 门静脉海绵样变性（cavernous transformation of the portalvein，CTPV）是指由各种原因引起的门静脉主干和（或）其分支阻塞，在其周围形成侧支静脉，是造成小儿肝前型门静脉高压的主要原因，约有10％的患儿死于反复上消化道大出血导致的休克。随着对CTPV认识的不断深入以及彩色多普勒超声技术的发展，该病诊断率有所提高，但临床误诊率仍高达63．6％。
