哈尔滨大都市圈城市体系等级规模结构分析

On the Hierarchical Structure of the Urban System in Harbin Metropolitan Coordinating Region

以县级行政单元为基本的研究单元,以非农业人口为基本的研究指标,利用首位度指数模型与位序-规模法则分析了1993～2006年哈尔滨大都市圈城市体系等级规模结构。结果表明:哈尔滨大都市圈城市体系等级规模结构属于首位度分布,而不符合位序-规模分布。从发展变化看,总体而言哈尔滨大都市圈的首位度变大。依据等级规模结构的分析,探讨了结构中存在的问题并提出优化对策。

The hierarchical structure of urban system in Harbin metropolitan coordinating region is analyzed by urban primacy index and rank-size rule based on the county unit and its non-agricultural population. It concludes that the hierarchical structure of urban system in Harbin metropolitan coordinating region isn＇t the structure of rank-size rule but the structure of urban primacy index. In the whole, the urban primacy index becomes bigger from 1993 to 2006. The problems of the hierarchical structure of Harbin metropolitan coordinating region are also analyzed and the countermeasures to optimize the hierarchical structure are put forward in the end in this paper.
