摘要
通过数值模拟技术,并结合正交试验设计方法,研究了具有纵向焊缝的拼焊板U形件在不同板厚比、不同强度比、不同压边力和不同拉深筋阻力情况下的焊缝移动与回弹及其相互关系,为高强钢激光拼焊板的焊缝移动和回弹控制研究提供依据。研究表明:拼焊板的不同板厚比和强度比对焊缝移动和回弹有显著影响,为了保证冲压成形质量,板厚比一般不小于0.5,强度比在0.8~1.3为宜;在此基础上,选择合理的压边力和拉深筋阻力分布可以减小焊缝移动,从而有效地控制拼焊板的回弹,并在某车型中立柱的实际生产中得到应用和证实。
The weld movement and springback and its correlation of U-shaped part with longitudinal weld were studied in different ratio of blank and strength, different binder force and different drawbead restraining force by FEM simulations and orthogonal experiments. The results show that the different ratio of blank and strength have a marked effect on the weld movement and springback. In order to ensure the formability of TWB part, the ratio of the thin blank and the thick one should not be less than 0.5 and the ratio of strength should be within the range from 0.8 to 1.3. On this basis, the displacement of weld can be reduced by the reasonable binder force and drawbead restraining force. Thereby, springback can be controlled effectively. The rules are applied and validated in the production of B pillar inner panel.
