摘要
目的:评价清热利湿饮对豚鼠耳部银屑病样病理改变的影响及安全性。方法:用心得安构建豚鼠耳部的银屑病样病理改变模型,喂饲不同浓度清热利湿饮,采用Baker法对组织学积分和真皮炎细胞浸润程度进行评分,以甲氨蝶呤(MTX)作为对照。结果:清热利湿饮组和MTX组Baker评分和炎症细胞浸润数显著低于模型组(P<0.01),而清热利湿饮组与MTX组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。实验豚鼠各主要脏器未发现组织病理学改变。结论:清热利湿饮口服可改善豚鼠耳部银屑病样模型的病理变化,口服安全。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Qing- re - li - shi - yin (heat - clearing dampness - disinhibiting decoction) on psoriasiform pathological changes in guinea pig model and the safty of treatment. Methods: The model of guinea pig ears with psoriasifonn pathological changes was built with propranolol. The experimental group was fed with Qing- re - li - shi - yin in different concentrations. The control group was administered with MTX. The Baker method was used to evaluate the scores of microanatomy score. Results: The Baker score and inflammato- ry infiltration were significantly lower in experimental groups than in control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant difference in Baker score and inflammatory infiltration between Qing- re - li - shi - yin group and MTX group (P 〉 0.05). The vital organs of guinea pig showed no histopathological changes. Conclusion: Qing- re- li - shi - yin can improve the pathological changes in psoriasiform model of guinea pig ear. Oral administration is safe.
