308nm准分子激光治疗对成人头颈部白癜风患者生活质量的影响

Impact of treatment with 308 nm excimer laser on the quality of life in adult patients with vitiligo on head and neck

目的:评价308 nm准分子激光治疗对成人头颈部白癜风患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用自身前后对照问卷调查的方法,运用中文版皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)和流调中心抑郁量表(center for epidemiologic studies depression scale,CES-D),分别于治疗前、治疗10周后对101例成人头颈部白癜风患者进行凋查评估。结果:疗前101例DLQI分值与CES-D之间存在显著正相关(r=0.48,P<0.05)。经308 nm准分子激光治疗后,患者的白斑面积明显缩小,DLQI和CES-D评分也较疗前显著降低,均与复色率间存在显著负相关(r分别为-0.39,-0.53,P值均<0.05),且疗后DLQT分值与疗后的CES-D评分之间仍呈正相关(r=0.27,P<0.05)。结论:头颈部白癜风可以严重影响患者的生活质量,而308 nm准分子激光治疗在改善皮损的同时能有效提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者的心理负担。

Objective： To evaluate the impact of treatment with 308 nm excimer laser on the quality of life （QOL） in adult patients with vitiligo on the head and neck. Methods： One hundred and one patients with vitiligo were assessed with the questionnaire of dermatology life quality index （DLQI） and center for epidemiologic studies depression scale （CES-D）. The resulls before treatment and 10 weeks alter treatment with 308 nm excimer laser were compared. Results： There was a positive correlation between the CES - D scores and the DLQI scores （ r = 0.48, P 〈 0.05） before treatment. Ten weeks after treatment with 308 nrn excimer laser, as the area of lesion decreased, DLQI and CES - D scores were reduced, which was negatively correlated with pigmentation recovery （ r = - 0.39, - 0.53, P 〈 0.05）. There was a positive correlation between the CES - D seares and the DIQI scores（ r = 0.27, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Vitiligo on the head and neck can affect the quality of life. The 308 nm exeimer laser can improve the QOL and relieve the patients＇ psychological distress.
