肌萎缩侧索硬化症的颈髓磁共振弥散张量成像研究

摘要 目的:研究颈髓磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)对诊断肌萎缩侧索硬化症(ALS)的应用价值。方法:选择ALS患者(病例组)7例及健康志愿者(健康对照组)6名,行颈髓DTI扫描,选取感兴趣区(ROI),测量部分各向异性比值(FA)和表观弥散系数(ADC)。同时对病例组进行临床评估,分析影像学参数与临床表现之间的关系。结果:病例组与健康对照组比较ADC值和FA值差异无统计学意义,病例组FA值及ADC值与年龄、病程、各临床评分均无显著相关。结论:颈髓DTI目前不能作为诊断ALS的辅助手段。 Objective To investigate the value of MRI diffusion-tensor imaging (DTI) of cervical spinal cord for the diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Methods DTI of cervical spinal cord was performed in seven patients and six healthy controls. Region of interest (ROI) was taken to measure the fractional anisotropy (FA) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC). Clinical assessment was performed and the relation between imaging parameters and score of clinical assessment was analyzed. Results ADC and FA values were not significantly different between ALS patients and normal heahhy controls. No significant correlations were found between age, stage of disease, score of clinical assessment and values of ADC and FA. Conclusions DTI of cervical spinal cord cannot be used as an adjuvant measure for the diagnosis of ALS.
