摘要
患者女,51岁。右足第4趾背包块2年。查体见右足第4趾背侧一2.0cm×2.5cm正常肤色肿块,质中,无压痛。皮损组织病理示:皮下见一分叶状肿瘤团块,界清,周围纤维组织包绕,肿瘤细胞胞浆丰富,胞核呈空泡状,并见较多多核巨细胞,肿瘤组织内散在分布单一核细胞。诊断:腱鞘巨细胞瘤。
A 51-year-old female patient was diagnosed as giant cell tumor of tendon sheath because of a mass ,which was skin color and 2.0 cm × 2.5cm in size ,on the fourth toe of right foot for 2 years. Microscopic pathological finding showed the fibrous septa within the substance of the tumor which was divided into nodules , the tumor cells have abundant kytoplasm and vacuolur neucelus ,and a lot of muhinucleated giant cell. Pathological features confirmed the diagnosis.
