维胺酯胶囊联合黄连薏苡仁汤治疗脂溢性皮炎疗效观察

Observation of Effectiveness of Oral Viaminate and Huang Lian Yi Ren Decoction for Dematatis Seborrheica

目的观察维胺酯胶囊联合黄连薏苡仁汤治疗脂溢性皮炎的疗效。方法将82例脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组予维胺酯胶囊50mg 3次/d口服,黄连薏苡仁汤水煎300mL分两次服,日1剂。对照组仅同上口服维胺酯胶囊。每周复诊一次,记录皮损消退情况及副反应,2周为一疗程。连续观察2个疗程。结果治疗组有效率为95.5%,对照组为79.0%,两组有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组痊愈率70.5%,对照组为47.7%,两组痊愈率差异也有显著性(P<0.05)。结论维胺酯胶囊联合薏苡仁汤治疗脂溢性皮炎疗效好。

Objective To observe of oral viaminate and Huang Lian Yi Ren decoction in dematatis seborrheica. Methods 82 patients with dematatis seborrheica were divided into two groups at random, the treatment group （41 cases） and control group （41 cases）, the treatment group was taken with viaminate capsules 50mg. tid. po, while it was taken Huang lian Yi Ren decoction everyday boil the decoction for 300ml, than it was taken twice a day,and the control groups was takend viaminate capsules 50mg. tid. po, being subsequent vist once a week, recording eruption and side-elect, two weeks as a period of treatment. Results The treament groups total effective rate was 95.5%, and the control group total effective rate was 79%. two groups total effective rates were significantly different in statistics （P 〈 0.05 ）. the cure rate was 70.5 %, the control groupcure rate was 47.7%. two cure rates were siginificantly different in statistics （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion viaminate Huang Lian Yi Ren decoction in dematatis seborrheica showed satisfactory effcancy in the treatmnt of dematatis seborrheica.
