摘要
目的探讨髋关节多角度投照在股骨颈骨折内固定导针置人中的重要意义。方法将一个正常成人股骨近段标本划分为前上、前下、后上、后下4个区域,分别对4个区域的导针进行多角度投照。结果正位旋转与侧位展收与尖面距有线形关系,并且发现已经穿出股骨头面的导针在正侧位投照仍均在股骨头中的情况,根据不同的导针尖区域可选择不同的投照角度来确定导针是否穿出股骨头。结论导针如果在正侧位上均在股骨头里面,仍不能排除导针已穿出股骨头,需加照相应角度确定。
Objective To discuss the significant of different angnlation radiographs of the hip in insertion of internal fixation guide pin following femoral neck fractures. Methods A normal adult proximal femoral specimen was divided into four regions: ante-upper, ante-inferior, post-upper and postinferior for different angulation radiographs of the inserted guide pins. Results Both hip rotation and adduction/abduction had a linear correlation with tip surface distance. A guide pin definitely breaching the femoral head surface was found still in anteroposterior and lateral radiographs. Different angulation radiographs of the femoral head were taken to define the safety of the guide pin according to different regions of the tip surface distance of the internal fixation guide pins. Conclusion The guide pin is not definitely safe even it is in the femoral head in anteroposterior and lateral radiographs, when corresponding angulation radiograph is necessary.
