国外护士职业认同的研究及启示 被引量：18

摘要 职业认同是职业人的自我概念,是对社会赋予的职业角色的承认,自内心接受该职业,并对它做出积极的感知和正面的评价。它既指一种过程,也指一种状态。“过程”是指职业人从自己的经历中逐渐发展、确认自己职业角色的过程,“状态”是指职业人当前对自己所从事职业的认同程度。职业认同是职业人工作的重要心理基础,是其职业发展的内在激励因素,
