摘要
目的探讨罗森塔尔效应对实习护生批判性思维培养的应用效果。方法将2008年8月—2009年5月在我科实习的86名护生随机分为观察组(43名)和对照组(43名),对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组在此基础上引用罗森塔尔效应,以引导、启发、鼓励、赏识教育为原则,采用指导、合作式带教方法,应用批判性思维能力(中文版)测量表对带教效果进行评价,用动态考核及笔试方法对护生护理病人能力进行综合考核。结果观察组批判性思维能力总分为(321.83±22.70)分,对照组(285.89±16.28)分,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),且各个分量表及护理能力得分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论罗森塔尔效应能有效激发护生自主学习的动力及潜能,促进批判性思维能力的发展。
Objective To explore the effects of Rosenthal Effect on critical thinking training among student nurses. Methods 86 student nurses doing their clinical study in our department from Aug., 2008 to May, 2009 were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, each with 43. The control group were offered the conventional teaching method. For the experiment group, besides the conventional teaching, Rosenthal Effect method was adopted for guidance and cooperation in the teaching with guiding, inspiring, encouraging and appreciating as the guideline. Then the teaching effect was evaluated by means of the Critical Thinking Scale (the Chinese Version), and a comprehensive check and examination was conducted of the students' nursing skills. Results The total score for the critical thinking of the experiment group was (321.83±22.70), while that for the control group, (285.89±16.28), the difference being statistically significant (P〈0.01), and the difference in the scores for each dimension and the nursing skills also had statistical significance (P〈0.01). Conclusion Employment of Rosenthal Effect in the teaching for student nurses can motivate their autonomous study, stimulate their potentials, and promote the development of their critical thinking.
