神经症与躁狂症患者的脑电图对比分析

A Comparison in EEG Characteristics between Neurotic and Mania Patients

目的探讨神经症患者的脑电图改变,了解神经症与躁狂症患者的脑电图改变有无不同,为临床诊断提供资料。方法对近7年来临床诊断为神经症和躁狂症且未服精神药物患者的脑电图进行分析和对照。结果神经症患者脑电图异常率为17.3%,其异常主要表现为α波频率、波幅和波形调节不佳,以θ波增多为主,并在不规则脑电图中混有少量δ活动,偶见θ波弥漫出现和θ波阵发出现,部分患者脑电图两侧不对称,其脑电图改变与躁狂症患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论神经症患者脑电图改变无特异性;神经症患者与躁狂症患者的脑电图改变无明显区别。

Objective To study the difference in EEG characteristics between neurotic and mania patients to provide information for clinical diagnoses. Methods A comparative analysis was performed on EEG of patients diagnosed as neurological disorders or mania and not receiving psychoactive drugs in recent 7 years. Results The abnormal EEG rate was 17. 3% in neurotic patients, characterized mainly by poor α - wave frequency, amplitude and waveform adjustment. It was manifested mainly as increased θ - wave activity, mixed with a small amount ofδiactivity in irregular EEG, θ - wave diffusion and paroxysm being noted occasionally, asymmetry of bilateral EEG appearing in some patients. There was not significant difference in EEG changes between 2 groups （ P 〉 0. 056）. Conclusion The EEG changes of neurotic patients were not specific, and not obviously different from those of mania patients.
