摘要 随着越来越多的深层气藏被发现,其埋藏深、地温梯度高和产出地层水的问题,已经影响到气藏开发中后期甚至开发初期气井的正常生产,降低了气藏最终采收率。针对该类气藏特点,对温度造成泡排剂性能变化作了初步的研究和探讨,从温度对泡沫稳定性、表面活性剂的起泡性、表面活性剂胶团聚集数的影响三个方面阐述了温度对泡排剂性能的影响;指出温度对泡排剂的影响主要表现在对主要成分表面活性剂的起泡性能、稳泡性能以及分子结构三个方面;提出了高温下具有优良性能的泡排剂要选择热力学稳定性好的、亲水基团尽量位于分子链的中段、分子量不宜过大而且具有低表面张力的离子型表面活性剂的认识;进而研制了在高温条件下适用的泡沫排水剂——KFSY。实验结果验证了该泡沫排水剂在高温条件下的良好起泡和稳泡性能。 With the discovery of deeper gas reservoirs,influential factors such as deeply buried depth,high geothermal gradient,and formation water yield have greatly affected the normal production of gas wells during the intermediary and later stage,even at the early stage of gas reservoir development.All these effects have greatly reduced the ultimate recovery factor.According to the characteristics of this type of reservoir,effects of temperature on the performance of drainage agent were presented in aspects of foam stability,surfactant foamability and surfactant micelle aggregation.It is found that temperature mainly influences foamability,stability and the molecular structure of the main surfactant.It is pointed out that good foam drainage agent under high temperature is ionic surfactant with good thermodynamic stability,low superficial tension,hydrophilic radical in the middle of molecule chain as far as possible and molecular weight not too high.A new foam drainage agent,KFSY,which is suitable to high temperature,has been developed and experimental results have also proved that KFSY has good foamablity and stability under high temperature.
