摘要
随着近年来我国众多含硫化氢气田相继投入开发,含硫气井安全规划标准,特别是定量风险分析标准的制订变得十分必要和迫切。为此,分别对含硫气井定量风险分析技术标准的制订原则、适用范围、框架结构进行了分析,提出了适合我国国情的井喷事故概率的数值统计分析方法及参考值,事故后果分析方法及要求,定量风险计算方法及可接受风险水平等关键技术参数及主要技术内容。研究成果可用于指导我国含硫气井定量风险分析标准的制订,将使我国对含硫气田开发实施定量风险评价和管理成为可能。
With the development of many sour gas fields in succession in China,it is urgent and necessary to establish the regulatory criteria of safety,especially of quantitative risk analysis,for sour gas wells.Therefore,through analysis on the principle,application scope,and the framework of the establishment of the quantitative risk analysis on sour gas wells,a method of numerical statistical analysis with the reference values were presented on the accidental probability of well blowouts under the national condition,as well as the method and requirements of consequence analysis after accidents,and some key technical parameters and main contents of the calculating methods of quantitative risk analysis and the acceptable risk level,etc.This provides guidance for the establishment of the criteria for quantitative risk analysis of sour gas wells,and impels the quantitative risk evaluation and management to be possibly performed in sour gas fields of China.
