香菇多糖在老年中晚期消化道恶性肿瘤综合治疗中的作用分析

Lentinan in comprehensive treatment of mid-advanced stage digestive system tumors in old patients

目的:探讨香菇多糖(天地欣)在老年中晚期消化道恶性肿瘤综合治疗中的作用。方法:50例老年中晚期消化道恶性肿瘤分为实验组和对照组,每组25例,对照组因各种原因放弃手术治疗和放化疗,仅进行支持和对症治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用天地欣1mg/d,连用14d治疗,共用3个周期。结果:对照组血浆T淋巴细胞AgNORs(Tc-Ag)较实验组明显降低(P<0.05),实验组的CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值和C3明显高于对照组(P<0.05),IgG、IgA、IgM两组比较无显著性变化(P>0.05)。对照组、实验组的有效率(RR)分别是28%、36%,临床受益率(CBR)分别是52%、68%。实验组有效率及临床受益率高于对照组,但两组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:香菇多糖(天地欣)能够调节肿瘤患者血浆T淋巴细胞AgNORs,对T淋巴细胞中的CD3、CD4和CD4/CD8和补体C3有一定的提高作用,提高生活质量。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Lentinan in comprehensive treatment of mid - advanced stage digestive system tumors in old patients. Methods：Fifty old patients with mid -advanced stage digestive system tumors were randomized into comprehensive treatment group and control group ,25 patients in each group：all patients received supportive treatment without surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy and Lentinan （ 1 mg/d.14d 3cycles ） was added to the comprehensive treatment group. Results： The serum AgNORs （ Tc - Ag）, CD3 ^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD4/CD8 and C3 of patients in the control treatment group were all significantly decreased compared to the comprehensive treatment group （P 〈0.05）. There was no significant differences in IgG, IgA, IgM of patients between two groups （ P 〉0.05）. RR and CBR of control treatment group and comprehensive treatment group were 2 8 % vs 3 6 % and 5 2 % vs 6 8 % （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Concution： Lentinan can regulate the AgNORs level of serum T cells, raise the level of CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ , CD4/CD8 T cells and C3 concertration.
