妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗细菌性眼睑炎症的临床研究

Clinical study on tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops for bacterial blepharitis

目的观察并分析妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗细菌性睑缘炎的临床疗效。方法收集睑缘炎患者106例(175眼),对所有患者详细记录病史,并行眼睑刮片细菌学培养,分别于治疗前、治疗后3 d、7 d、14d对患者眼部自觉症状和眼部体征进行评分,结合治疗后14 d的细菌学培养阴转率,进行药物疗效判定。结果患者用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗后14 d评定疗效,细菌培养阴转率为98.67%,临床治愈率为56.60%,临床有效率为94.34%,治疗后7d和14 d各项症状及体征均得以明显改善(P<0.05),不良事件发生率为1.89%。结论妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液治疗细菌性眼睑炎疗效明显。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops for bacterial blepharitis.Methods Case histories of 106 cases（175 eyes） with bacterial blepharitis were recorded fully.Bacteriological culture of eyelid scraping was taken,and subjective symptoms and physical signs of eyes were scored before treatment and at 3 days,7 days and 14 days after treatment.Negative rate of bacteriology was detected at 14 days after treatment.Curative effects of drug were determined.Results The negative rate of bacteriology was 98.67%,the curative rate was 56.60% and the effective rate was 94.34% in patients at 14 days after treated with tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops.Subjective symptoms and physical signs were obviously improved at 7 days and 14 days after treatment（both P〈0.05）,and the incidence rate of adverse effect was 1.89%.Conclusion Tobramycin and dexamethasone eye drops is with obvious effects for bacterial blepharitis.
