一株嗜盐菌的筛选及异噻唑啉酮对其抑制作用 被引量:3

摘要 从盐腌法保存的原料皮中分离出一株嗜盐菌,32℃pH值7.0时,该嗜盐菌最适生长的盐的浓度为10%。显微镜下该菌为单个短杆状,革兰氏染色呈阳性。培养时间较短时菌落大小为2~4mm,菌落呈小圆形,规则、湿润、有光泽;随着培养时间的延长,菌落呈放射状,可以推测该菌可能有鞭毛运动。抑菌圈试验和杀菌率试验表明:异噻唑啉酮浓度为2.5~5.0mg/kg时,对嗜盐菌有很好的抑制效果,杀菌率可达到93%以上。 Halophiles are extremophile organisms that thrive in environments with very high concentrations of salt. A halophilic strain was isolated from a salt -cured hide with "red heat". Optimum growth occurrs at 10% (W/V) NaCl at 32℃ and a pH of 7.0. The shape of strain is short - rhabditiform under the microscope and gram - positive reactions occurrs with Gram staining.When the incubation time is 3 days, most colonies are 2 to 4 mm in diameter, circular, convex, glistening and entire. But with the incubation time extended, the actinomorphic changes could be seen and this indicats that the halophilic strain could be motile by means of flagellum. The results of inhibition zone test and quantitative germicidal test show that isothiazolone has a reliable microbicidal effectiveness even at a low concentration of 2. 5 - 5.0mg/kg.
