摘要
根据吹脱和吸收的基本原理,从能耗、吹脱吸收效果和成本几个方面分析,在最佳吹脱和吸收工艺条件下,对甲胺类废水的吹脱和吸收装置进行设计计算,确定吹脱和吸收装置的设计参数。结果表明:设计方案可行,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
System energy consumption, purging and absorption efficiency and cost were analyzed, basing on the design of basic principle for air stripping and absorption. The air stripping and absorption system in treating the methylamines of tannery wastewater were designed and calculated under optimum conditions of purging and absorption technology. And the design parameters of the air stripping and absorption system were decided. The results show that the design scheme is feasible and has remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.
