男性伴淀粉样小体的侵袭性垂体催乳素细胞腺瘤一例
摘要
患者男性，52岁。无明显诱因出现双眼视力减退3年，于2008年8月24日人院。主要表现为视物模糊，1年前视力减退加重，阅读时看字不清，自行配镜矫正效果欠佳，同时患者体重短时间内减轻8kg，性欲低下，无溢乳。查体：粗侧双眼视力减弱，双眼颞侧视野缺损。步态正常，意识清醒，脑膜刺激征（-），病理反射未引出。实验室及影像学检查：催乳素（PRL）220μg／L（正常值2～25．5μg／L），睾酮（T）9．56mmoL／L（正常值12．5～31．5mmol／L），
