血氨升高对大鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响 被引量:8

摘要 氨中毒学说于上一世纪提出,在肝性脑病的发生机制中占有重要地位。大量研究表明,高氨血症对中枢神经系统具有毒性作用,但其对认知功能的影响鲜有报道。本实验通过建立大鼠高血氨模型,观察高血氨对大鼠空间学习记忆功能的影响,现报告如下。
