摘要
目的探讨Y14和Upf1在人乳腺癌细胞株和人乳腺癌组织表达情况及其意义。方法应用免疫细胞化学、激光共聚焦方法测定Y14和Upf1在乳腺癌细胞系(MCF-7、ZR-75-30、T47D、MDA-MB-435s、MDA-MB-453、MDA-MB-231)及乳腺上皮细胞系(HBL-100)中的表达。结果(1)人乳腺癌细胞系中Y14和Upf1的表达均明显高于乳腺上皮细胞系(P<0.05)。(2)在人乳腺癌细胞中,MDA-MB-231细胞系的Y14和Upf1表达明显高于MCF-7细胞(P<0.05)。(3)Y14和Upf1在人乳腺癌组织表达增强(P<0.05)。结论Y14和Upf1在人乳腺癌细胞和人乳腺癌组织中的表达增强。
Objective To study expression enhancement and significance of Y14 and Upfl in human breast cancer cell lines and tissue. Methods Immuocytochemistry and laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM) were applied. Y14 and Upfl were determined in human breast cancer cell lines(MCF-7,ZR-75-30, T47D, MDA-MB-435s, MDA- MB-453,MDA-MB-231 )and breast epithelial cell line(HBL-100). Results (1)Y14 and Upfl level of breast cancer cells are obviously higher than that in breast epithelial cell line ( P 〈 0. 05 ). ( 2 ) Y14 and Upfl level of MDA-MB-231 are obviously higher than that in MCF-7. (3)The expression enhancement of Y14 and Upfl level are obviously higher in human breast cancer tissue. Conclusion The expression level of Y14 and Upfl in breast cancer cells and tissue enhance obviously.
