基于半导体光放大器偏振自旋转的全光2R再生 被引量:1

摘要 提出了一种基于半导体光放大器(SOA)偏振自旋转效应的全光2R(再放大和再整形)再生方案.通过建立理论模型,对全光2R再生性能进行了数值仿真,并完成了在10Gbit/s的速率下的实验验证.实验结果证明:通过全光2R再生后,信号光的消光比提高了8.3dB.在误码率测试方面,功率代价改善了6dB.该方案结构简单,可以实现光子集成.
