LiNbO_3光参量放大器产生宽范围可调谐的中红外飞秒激光脉冲的研究
摘要
采用共线相位匹配和小角度非共线相位匹配相结合的联合调谐方式,设计并实验构建了具有宽调谐范围的中红外飞秒光参量放大器.采用两级LiNbO3飞秒OPA,可输出2.0~4.7μm波长范围可调谐的中红外飞秒激光,调谐范围大幅超过了目前文献报道的数据,获得的中红外飞秒激光脉冲能量超过30μJ.
