摘要
血栓栓塞性疾病属于多学科交叉性疾病，在心脑肺等多系统疾病的病死率均居首位，其对人体的主要危害是血栓形成造成的脏器缺血及功能障碍。及时再通血管才可使组织损伤得到可逆性修复，由于不同组织气管对于缺血的耐受程度存在差异，故在溶栓治疗中提出了“治疗时间窗”这一概念，主要是根据疾病的病理变化和临床循证医学共同得出。以下就几种常见的血栓栓塞性疾病治疗时间窗的界定做一简单介绍，供临床医生参考。
