摘要
本文采用工程近似法,推导在四辊组合孔型中由方坯轧制圆材时有关力参数的计算式。通过实验验证,轧制压力的理论计算与实验测试的结果基本吻合。这为今后四辊组合孔型轧机及其同类产品的设计和生产,提供了简易可靠的力参数数学模型。
In this paper, some force parameters of the bar rolling from squate billet through four-roll passes are calculated by the method of engineering approximation. The calculated resultsof rolling force have been proved out by the experiments, so that a simple and easy mathem-atical model of force parameters can be provided.
