葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶对诊断类风湿性关节炎的临床价值分析

摘要 类风湿性关节炎（rheumatoidarthritis，RA）是一种全身炎症性自身免疫疾病，尤以关节滑膜炎症及周围结缔组织异常增生、关节进行性破坏为主要表现，若不及时治疗，可发生不可逆的关节破坏或畸形，其患病率居结缔组织病之首。由于患者体内存在多种自身抗原和自身抗体，因此，寻找早期、特异、灵敏的实验室指标成为当前关注的焦点。最新的研究表明在64％未控制的RA患者的血清、关节液中都检测到高浓度葡萄糖-6-磷酸异构酶（glucose-6-phosphateisomerase，GPI）及抗GPI抗体。本文通过检测GPI观察其在RA患者血清中的表达水平，对RA的发病机制进行初步探讨。
