日粮中添加抗氧化微营养素对热应激产蛋鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 选用24周龄Hy-Line蛋鸡分别饲养于20℃、30℃和35℃环境中,在日粮中添加不同水平的抗氧化微营养素,观察了产蛋鸡生产性能的变化。结果表明:(1)热应激可导致蛋鸡产蛋率、体重和蛋壳品质下降,严重影响其生产性能的发挥。通过日粮添加抗氧化微营养素可有效缓解热应激效应,显著提高蛋鸡产蛋率和蛋壳质量;(2)热应激期间,日粮中添加抗氧化微营养素可使蛋鸡体重损失加快而产蛋率提高,未添加抗氧化微营养素蛋鸡则体重损失较小,但产蛋率显著下降。 Twenty four week old Hy line laying hens were kept at ambient temperatures of 20℃,30℃,and 35℃ to investigate the effect of anti oxidative micro nutrients on the performance of laying hens. The results showed that : 1) Heat stress had various negative effects on the laying rate, weight gain and eggshell quality of layers. Anti oxidative micro nutrients added to the diets significantly improved the performance and eggshell quality.2) The adding nutrients would have an influence on the turnover partition of nutrients in body, thereby accelerating the losses of body tissues for maintaining a higher level of laying rate. The opposite results were observed in the control. its effect on eggshell quality revealed the same tendency as on laying rate.
