摘要
聚焦我国非营利组织发展的社会现实,除去规模方面的扩展表征,公信力匮乏是对组织整体演进的当下判断。重构非营利组织的问责机制,正是非营利组织公信力建设和能力拓展的实际要求。笔者从概念界定、逻辑起点、话语转换、特殊性四个方面着眼,借助这种理论层级的剖解,试图构建非营利组织问责的解释性框架。
Focus on the social reality of development of China's non-profit organizations, apart from me characteristic of its scale expansion, lack of credibility is the moment judge to the overall evolution of the organization. The real natural requirements by the credibility construction and capacity expansion of non-profit organizations, is to reconstruct the non-profit organizations' accountability mechanisms. By the observation on defining the concept, logical starting point, discourse conversion and specificity, the author try to build an explanatory accountability framework of non-profit organizations.
