摘要
目的建立稳定的大鼠动脉化原位肝移植模型。方法采用Engemann法建立大鼠动脉化原位肝移植模型,记录手术成功率及术后长期存活情况(>100d)。结果共行大鼠动脉化原位肝脏移植模型111次,其中:手术操作练习50次,成功率10.0%(5/50);预实验28次,成功率64.3%(18/28);正式实验33次,成功率90.9%(30/33),显著高于预实验(P<0.05)。正式实验中随机选取12只,其长期生存率91.7%(11/12)。结论精细的手术操作有利于提高成功率,该模型有助于肝移植的研究。
Objective To establish a reliable model of orthotopic liver transplantation by hepatic artery reconstruction in rats. Methods The model was established by Engemann' s method. The successful rate of the model and the long-term survival rate (more than 100 days ) were observed. Results 111 cases of liver transplantation were performed, including 50 cases for practice of operation procedure, its successful rate was 10.0% (5/50);28 cases for preliminary experiment, its success rate was 64.3% (18/28);33 cases for formal experiment, its successful rate was 90. 9% ( 30/33 ) , which was significant higher than that of preliminary experiment( P 〈 0.05). In formal experiment 12 cases were randomly chosen from experiment group, the long term survival rate was 91.7% (11/12). Conclusion The careful operation procedures with hepatic artery reconstruction is helpful to increase the success rate of liver transplantation in rats. The model is useful for the study of liver transplantation.
