Technology Advancement Road Map and the Effect of Optimization and Allocation of R&D Capacity——A Case Study of Guangdong Fenghua Hi-tec

通过上市公司风华高科(000636)企业技术进步图的实现路径证明,企业技术进步图的实现是通过企业R&D能力的优化配置而不是单纯的投入来实现的,而优化配置的过程就是一个资源整合的过程,包括技术的吸收、学习和运用能力、购买资本性商品、产学研合作、以及促进知识和技术国际性分散与流动的经营活动。

Based on the pathway of realization of the technology advancement road map of the listed company Fenghua Hi-tec（000636）, this paper intends to confirm that, the realization of the technology advancement road map depends on the optimization and allocation of R＆D capacity instead of simple investment, which is also a process of integration of resources, including knowledge and technology absorption, learning and applying, purchasing of capital commodities, corporation among production, studying and research, and other operational activities to promote the disperse and flow of knowledge and technology.
