The International Experience and Enlightenment of Government's Support on the Venture Capital

来自理论与实践的证据都表明政府应在扶持风险投资发展方面发挥重要作用。许多国家和地区政府在扶持风险投资发展方面积累了丰富的经验,我国在发展风险投资的过程中必须对这些经验进行辩证的分析和理性的借鉴。为促进我国风险投资产业的健康发展,各级政府必须做出理性的行为选择,一方面,在科学认识政府继续进行资本供给的必要性的基础上,积极创新政府的资本供给制度;另一方面,灵活运用多样化的环境塑造方式,积极提高政府在环境塑造方面的工作效率。

Lots of evidences from theory and practice suggest that the government should play an important role in supporting the development of venture capital. Many countries and regions had accumulated a wealth of experiences about support the development of venture capital. In the course of development of venture capital in our country, we must dialectically analysis and rationally learn these experiences. To improve the development of our venture capital industry, the government must make a rational behavior choice, on the one hand, innovative government＇s capital supply system, based on the scientific understanding of the government＇s roles; on the other hand, actively enhance the government＇s work efficiency of shaping the environment by using flexibly diverse ways to shape the environment.
