我国油气资源—社会经济系统协调发展综合评价分析

Comprehensive Assessment on Coordinated Development of Oil-gas Resources and Social Economy System for Our Country

油气资源是一个国家可持续发展的基础,是国家综合国力和国家安全的重要因素,对我国油气资源—社会经济系统协调发展状况进行科学的评价,将有效的促进我国油气资源—社会经济系统的协调发展。本文在确立系统协调发展的目标与思路的基础上,选取2001-2008年我国石油工业、人口、经济、科技、环境等方面的相关数据,运用因子分析等多种方法的综合,对我国油气资源—社会经济系统的发展水平、协调度以及协调发展度进行了评价,并对评价结果进行分析。

Oil and gas resource is the basis of country＇s continuous development, and an important factor of country＇s overall national strength and national security. It will promote the coordinate development of oil and gas resource and society economy system to scientific evaluate their coordinate development situation. After establishing this aim, the article takes 1999-2006 data of oil industry,population,economy, society and environment, etc, and uses factor analysis theory and some other theories to evaluate China＇s oil and gas resource and society economy system＇s coordinate development situation, degree of coordinate development, and analysis the evaluation result.
