摘要
目的:解决ELISA法或MEIA法由于线性窄、高浓度标本不了解而盲目检测,导致超过线性而不能一次检测的难题。方法:通过胶体金早早孕检测试纸定性检测来初步确定血β-HCG浓度,再稀释相应倍数后,应用ELISA法或MEIA法即微粒子免疫发光法测出其浓度。结果:试纸检测线显色深于对照线,定量检测时应进行稀释再作定量分析,试纸检测线显色接近或浅于对照线可直接定量分析。结论:胶体金初步确定血β-HCG浓度再进行定量分析,可快速、及时、准确、定量检测血HCG的浓度。
Objective Through colloidal gold test paper characterization of early detection of pregnancy testing to determine the initial β-HCG concentration in the blood,and then in multiples of the corresponding dilution or the use of ELISA or MEIA microparticle immune assay.Method The concentration of β-HCG was detected by gold test paper,ELISA or MEIA method.Results Dipstick test line showed deep color in the control line,quantitative detection of dilution should be carried out further quantitative analysis,and dipstick test line or light color close to the control line in tile direct quantitative analysis of the preliminary. Conclusion Colloidal gold to determine the blood concentration of β- HCG, followed by quantitative analysis, can get fast, timely and accurate quantitative detection of blood concentration of HCG.
