摘要
目的:探讨服用低苯丙氨酸饮食的苯丙酮尿症(PKU)患儿微量元素的变化情况,研究控制饮食与微量元素缺乏的关系,为进一步完善PKU患儿的诊疗方案提供依据。方法:采用原子吸收光谱法检测血微量元素。结果:PKU患儿血Zn含量明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),而血Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:服用低苯丙氨酸饮食的PKU患儿应及时补充各种微量元素,保证体内正常的元素水平。
Objective To discuss the variation of trace elements in phenylketonuria(PKU) infants who dined with low level phenylalanine,point out deficiency of microelements which were brought with controlling food,and give basis to complete the children′s diagnosis and treatment principles.Method Trace elements were tested by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry.Results The blood Zn content of PKU children was markedly lower than that of normal group(P〈0.05),and Ca,Mg,Cu,Fe contents in blood showed no significant difference. Conclusion The PKIJ infants who dined with low level phenylalanine should timely supply all kinds of trace elements, and assure norreal trace elements level.
